  1. I feel exactly what you mean. I had my fill last month. Some days he feels good, others, the constant pain, acute, have mainly what I feel in my jaw and gums. I have to take to happen about 3 Advil, then. I also have extreme, extreme sensitivity to cold, pain in the thing with hot water, is of great importance. I went to my dentist, and she suggested that I need a root canal treatment, and referred me to an endodontist. Call your dentist and let them know what happens. Good luck to both!

  2. It is normal that a tooth is sensitive to the landfill. It may take a few days or several months. The difference is that you have said, he began to feel better, then again began to ache. In general, if they start feeling better not hurt.
It seems you need a rootcanal. Who are signs of acute pain, hot or cold, and sometimes feel as if throbing. Where is primarily caused by a cave in the area, or reached the nerve of the tooth. From your dentist, and said it was a deep pit, I'm sure it's a rootcanal you need now.
I think you should go to your dentist and check it out can cause even worse. Do not worry, a rootcanal not hurt (as opposed to what) people say, does not cost much.

  3. Sensitivity (special made) can warm and cold until months after reaching a depth of filling or root canal. Try some ibuprofen or after a Oragel. Finally, the sensitivity will disappear, but it is normal for a while.
